The Opportunity: ACA is currently looking for a Senior Client Implementation Specialist to oversee the custom implementation and configuration of ACA’s ComplianceAlpha software product. This role is a part of the Professional Services team, within our Tech Services division, and manages system implementations, integrations, and upgrades, and client specific customizations for new and existing clients. The ComplianceAlphaRegTech solutions platform integrates risk and compliance management activities, trade surveillance and monitoring, compliance program testing, and in-depth analytics to help risk and compliance officers simplify and streamline their compliance management responsibilities. ComplianceAlpha is trusted by over 1,200 financial services firms, globally, to help protect and grow their business. Office Locations: NYC (office is near Grand Central), Pittsburgh, Medford, Oregon, Chattanooga, Portland, Maine and Boston Must be able to go into one of these offices 2 days/week (Hybrid) What you’ll do: Function as a subject matter expert in ComplianceAlpha and advise clients on complex regulatory requirements and act as a liaison between ACA product teams and ACA clients Perform analysis on business issues; propose solutions and define requirements Manage client relationships, including acting as the primary client contact and on technology implementation projects and working directly with clients to onboard, conduct training sessions, and manage customer feedback Understand and conduct data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, and analysis processes Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations Provide diagnostic support and issue resolutions for the ACA proprietary software applications Maintain procedural documentation and update as necessary Constantly evaluate process and procedures for inefficiencies, and make recommendations for improvement, and drive them through with stakeholders To qualify for the role, you must have: Minimum of three (3) years of experience with a preference working for a company in FinTech, financial services or investment technology Financial compliance Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, math, or related field Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience Ideally, you’ll also have: Familiarity with source control management (Git) Experience in Surveillance, eCommunication or Archiving systems Working knowledge of database concepts and SQL Prior experience implementing SaaS products Prior experience with software patch deployment Excellent customer service experience Prior experience with ComplianceAlpha suite of products Skills and attributes for success: Demonstrated professional integrity.
