Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Master Data Management solutions throughout the data lifecycle.
Adapt methods and develop alternative solutions for moderately complex problems.
Contribute to strategic direction in alignment with organizational goals.
Engage regularly with client directors and collaborate with peers and management.
Manage medium-sized teams and work efforts, ensuring effective solution implementation.
Pursue continuous learning to enhance both technical and business expertise.
Willingness to travel as needed, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience with Stibo Systems, possessing functional and technical skills.
Proven track record with at least one complete end-to-end Stibo MDM implementation, including hands-on configuration and deployment.
Deep understanding of MDM and related systems like ERP, PLM, eCommerce, and DAM.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required (6 years work experience if holding an Associate's Degree).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sectors such as Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel.
Familiarity with Master Data domains like Customer, Supplier, Locations, and Assets.
Competency in JavaScript and developing Stibo Business Rules.
Knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Integration, and Data Quality tools.
Experience with Generative AI is a plus.
