Technical Recruiter | A/E/C Industry Focused
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple municipal land development projects simultaneously from concept through construction Oversee and contribute to the design of civil infrastructure including: Site Planning, Grading, Drainage, Utilities, Permitting and Agency Coordination Interface with city staff, clients, consultants, and internal team members Supervise and mentor junior engineers and designers Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet all quality standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Masters is a plus. Active PE license (required) and be able to obtain TX PE within 6 months of start date Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering with a focus on municipal land development projects Proven experience with permitting, public infrastructure design, and coordination with municipal agencies in Texas Experience with DOT projects Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong technical skills in Civil 3D and MicroStation and/or similar CAD/design software Excellent communication and leadership abilities Additional Info: This role requires working onsite (no hybrid or remote options) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Relocation assistance available for the right candidate with current municipal design and DOT projects All applicants must include a comprehensive project list with resume submission Seniority level
