Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Management Trainer located in Hazlet, NJ. The Management Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering management training programs, conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The role involves working closely with management to ensure that the training programs align with the company's goals and objectives.
