Responsibilities include providing post-sales onboarding assistance, leading solution workshops, configuring and demonstrating the platform, working with ecosystem partners on integrations, developing customer training, capturing customer requirements for product enhancements, assisting Customer Success with platform utilization and expansion, and providing technical responses to inquiries including support for RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs. Required skills include 3-5 years of experience as a compliance practitioner or in cybersecurity/GRC SaaS professional services, customer success, or related roles.
