This role starts onsite in Henderson, NV (2-3 months) and will relocate to Colorado (hybrid schedule post-move). Relocation support provided.
Position Summary
We're looking for a
Salesforce CRM Developer
who is not just a coder but a true business partner. You will help maximize our Salesforce investment by designing, building, and maintaining streamlined tools that improve team workflows and decision-making. If you're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and values continuous learning, we'd love to connect. What You'll Do Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce Customize and configure Salesforce to meet evolving business needs Create and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution for Salesforce-related requests Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and custom development Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers Stay updated with Salesforce releases and identify areas for improvement Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II a plus Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and data migrations Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and version control (Git) Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skillsability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively Self-starter attitude with a knack for delivering impactful solutions Bonus Points For Additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Architect, etc.) Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX Understanding of data modeling and relational database principles Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to managed packages and AppExchange tools Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short & Long Term Disability Wellness Resources Seniority level
