Job Overview
Slalom is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead sales and delivery for our global team specializing in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented leader passionate about leveraging technology to support nonprofit missions. You will engage with clients through discovery, solution design, and by sharing best practices and platform knowledge. Responsibilities include defining architecture, writing proposals, leading demos, and partnering with our industry sales team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Nonprofit Cloud, working with both technical and non-technical teams to optimize its use.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive sales solutions and client engagement
- Collaborate on developing solutions with Salesforce, clients, and partners
- Estimate efforts for solutions and articulate benefits and risks
- Lead solution direction and client delivery outcomes
- Serve as the technical leader and subject matter expert for Salesforce projects globally
- Translate business needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions
- Provide technical support and mentorship to development teams
- Support capability development and stay updated on Nonprofit Cloud capabilities
- Advise on best practices, solutions, and reusable assets
- Participate in marketing and thought leadership activities
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of Salesforce experience
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce project delivery, preferably in consulting
- Passion for nonprofit sector and technology
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain them
- Experience with Nonprofit Cloud, Nonprofit Success Pack, or Industry Clouds (preferred)
- Technical development experience (preferred)
Additional Information
Travel up to 25% may be required. Compensation ranges from $122,000 to $258,000 depending on role and experience. Slalom offers comprehensive benefits and is committed to diversity and inclusion. Applications are accepted until July 1st, 2025.
