The Challenge We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager – Business Systems, Lead To Cash to lead our Salesforce and lead-to-cash systems team. This leader will oversee a team of Solution Architects and Administrators, driving the roadmap, delivery, and optimization of all Salesforce and related systems supporting Marketing, Sales, Legal and Order Management teams. You will work closely with business leaders across Marketing, Sales, Legal and Order Management to align technology solutions with lead-to-cash business goals. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-quality system design, development, and operational support across the lead-to-cash customer lifecycle. Your Mission
Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects and Administrators, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management. Own the lead-to-cash systems roadmap, focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing technologies, CPQ, CLM and integrations with related systems. Translate business strategy into scalable system solutions; prioritize enhancements, integrations, and process improvements supporting lead-to-cash functions. Drive the delivery of high-impact projects, balancing strategic initiatives, operational support, and technical debt reduction. Establish best practices for system architecture, governance, security, and release management across the Salesforce ecosystem. Partner with lead-to-cash stakeholders to define business requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure successful project execution. Monitor and report on system performance, support SLAs, and team capacity; ensure continuous improvement and innovation. Manage vendor relationships, contractor resources, and system partners as needed. You Have
8+ years of experience in Salesforce or lead-to-cash systems roles, with 3+ years managing Salesforce systems. 3+ years in a leadership role managing Salesforce teams, including architects and admins. Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, CLM tools. Experience with Marketo and Ironclad preferred. Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes (lead management, opportunity management, quote configuration, contract lifecycle management, order management) and their system needs. Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce projects and managing complex lead-to-cash system environments. Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, and capacity/resource management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant) preferred. Strategic thinker with a bias for action. Excellent collaborator and communicator across technical and non-technical teams. Passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
