Overview
The Salesforce Administrator supports the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with foundational Salesforce and nCino knowledge who is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, agile environment. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with business users, business analysts and senior system administrators to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs.
**This is a remote position in the Wisconsin area**
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine system audits and data cleanup to ensure data integrity Support planning and execution of software upgrade processes Serve as the first point of contact for end-user support related to Salesforce and nCino platforms Perform core administrative tasks for Salesforce and nCino, including user account and permission management, standard system configuration, and related maintenance activities Assist in managing data feeds and system integrations related to Salesforce Assist with development, testing, and deployment of new features and system enhancements Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations and operational processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system capabilities and optimize business processes through tailored solutions. Provide support for initiatives led by the Project Management Department and other business units. Additional duties as assigned related to business needs. Qualifications: Education & Experience
Experience in the financial services or credit union industry preferred 2-year associate degree with appropriate related experience required College degree with major in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related field or equivalent technical experience preferred 2+ years of financial institution or 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies preferred Certifications
