The ER is Open 24 hours daily- 12, 24, 48 hour shifts available- Outstanding support by office staff, with full malpractice coverage. Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BLS. 2+ ER Experience Locations: Life Savers Emergency Room Sugarland Sugarland, TX 77478 Life Savers Emergency Room Willowbrook 17685 Tomball Parkway Houston, TX 77064 Life Savers Emergency Room Heights Houston, TX 77018 12665 West Lake Houston Pkwy Houston, TX 77044 Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$275,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year Expected hours:
24 – 48 per week Qualifications ATLS PALS ACLS ER experience Working Hours 12- 24 hour shifts 6am - 6a or 6p-6p Job Responsibilities Immediate Evaluation and Diagnosis:
Assess patients’ medical conditions upon arrival in the emergency room. Administering Treatments:
Provide urgent medical treatments, including performing necessary surgical procedures. Stabilization : Ensure patients are stabilized before further treatment or transfer to other medical departments. Collaboration:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, paramedics, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Diagnostic Tests : Interpret various diagnostic tests Communication:
Communicate effectively with patients and their families about diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. Record Keeping : Document and maintain detailed records of patients’ visits, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes. Professional Development : Stay updated with advancements in emergency medicine and participate in ongoing professional development activities Qualifications Completed Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency with at least 2 years of ER experience Active Texas State Licensure PALS/ACLS/ATLS. We are able to get your certifications done for you for free except ATLS. Experience preferably in an emergency department or urgent care setting. Medical degree from an accredited medical institution or program At least 3 years in a residency program Deep knowledge of current medical practices, procedures, and equipment Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work and think quickly in a high-stress environment Seniority level
