We are seeking a visionary and dynamic
Chief Officer
to lead our High School division. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of curriculum execution, academic excellence, and strategic planning within the SayPro High School environment (Grades 9–12). This leadership role is key to ensuring high academic standards, learner engagement, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Provide
strategic leadership
and direction for high school programmes (SCHAR-9 framework) Oversee curriculum planning and academic delivery across literacy, math, science, social studies, and electives Supervise and support Heads of Departments and teaching staff Monitor academic performance and implement data-driven improvements Ensure alignment with college and career readiness outcomes Lead development of capstone projects and innovative student initiatives Cultivate partnerships with universities, employers, and global education networks Champion inclusion, especially in addressing the diverse needs of all students Drive continuous professional development for staff Manage budget planning and resource allocation for the high school division Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Education; Master’s or Doctorate preferred Minimum
8 years in senior education leadership , preferably at high school level Proven expertise in curriculum development and academic strategy Strong understanding of
college and career preparation pathways Experience in leading diverse teams and inclusive education models Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills What SayPro Offers
