We're partnering with a top rated tech company in SF as they search for a sharp, grounded, and highly capable Executive Business Partner to support one of their C-suite executives.
We are seeking someone who brings executive presence, sharp critical thinking, and impeccable judgment to keep your executive - and the organization - operating at peak performance.
The Role: Executive Business Partner to C-Suite Executive
The City: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
The Money: $200k - $225k + OT + Equity
The Company: AI company
The Ideal Candidate: Track record supporting C-suite executives. Executive presence. Decorum. Ambitious. High EQ. Grounded.
The Day-to-Day:

• Serve as a trusted right hand to your executive, managing all communication, priorities, and time with precision and discretion.
• Oversee all event coordination - internal and external - from board meetings to partner offsites.
• Handle all professional communications with executive presence and high emotional intelligence, tailoring tone and approach based on audience.
• Provide occasional personal assistant support.
• Keep things moving across a broad portfolio of strategic partnerships and internal initiatives.
• Coordinate travel - mostly private - with logistical foresight and polished execution.
