School Office Assistant
A.W. Beattie Career Center is seeking a qualified individual to fill the above position. Letter of application, resume, and the standard Pennsylvania School Application located on the Career Center website are required to be submitted. This position requires a flexible thinker who is able to collaboratively engage with students, staff, and parents/guardians. The selected individual will need to be focused on accuracy and accountability for data integrity.
This is a full-time position with corresponding benefits.
Position Requirements:
-Proficient in Microsoft office products.
-Willingness to learn all related school office functions including PIMS documentation.
-Able to meet the expectations of daily student attendance documentation.
-Preparation of meeting materials.
-School office correspondence and filing.
-Ability to multi-task daily.
-Attendance at certain Career Center events.
The selected candidate will need to meet all required local, state, and federal employment requirements prior to employment. Pre-employment drug screening is required for this position. Position will remain open until an acceptable candidate has been selected.
