Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. J.D. and active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Admission to the USPTO. Education
Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. Certifications
Admission to the USPTO. Skills
Strong writing and communication abilities. Experience in patent prosecution for electrical engineering or software technologies.
