Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial records, and reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist in monitoring budgets and preparing expense reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and operational policies
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role preferred
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's degree a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
Compensation:
Salary range of $62,000-$68,500 plus a comprehensive benefits package!
