experienced within the

DEFENSE sector

who can handle a highly complex business and ensure fiscal integrity. Experience required & Responsibilities to include; Defense experience is REQUIRED - ensuring compliance to gov’t regulations & contracts – FAR / DFARs, ITAR, DCAA / DCMA,

contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M), indirect rate structures. Develop and execute

financial strategies and plans

in alignment with corporate objectives to drive growth & profitability. Strong financial & business acumen

- financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, risk management, investor relations, and treasury management. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience

& financial modeling. Collaborative leader, develop high-performance teams, build a foundation for growth & identify improvements throughout a fast-paced environment. Serve as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders. OFFERING
