Position Overview The Physical Security Analyst will be part of the Global Security team at Lucid Motors, supporting a 24/7 operation. Responsibilities include monitoring alerts for threats, analyzing security content, and providing detailed reports. The role reports to the Regional Security Manager, North America. Key Responsibilities Monitor global events using open-source intelligence to identify threats to Lucid assets. Use crisis communication protocols to respond to and inform leadership about impactful events. Research and analyze threats, producing in-depth reports to support operational decisions. Review work products for relevance, accuracy, and clarity. Create security briefs and reports on various topics. Identify emerging threats where Lucid operates. Monitor civil unrest, natural hazards, geopolitical issues, and crime incidents. Generate clear, professional reports based on collected data. Stay informed on international issues affecting employees. Lead security intelligence gathering efforts. Innovate and streamline security reports and processes. Support the Global Security Operations Center and team as needed. Maintain high customer service and communication standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to learn continuously in a dynamic environment. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Active listening and critical thinking skills. Quickly identify critical issues. Attention to detail and evaluative skills. Problem-solving abilities. Experience with open-source intelligence, social media, and messaging platforms.
