As an AWS Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and solutions on the AWS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and ensure data integrity, availability, and performance. Primary AWS Tools Utilized:
Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EventBridge Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Data Pipelines:
Create scalable data pipelines using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, and others. Data Modeling and Architecture:
Architect data models and flows to support analytics and reporting, optimizing for performance and scalability. Data Integration:
Integrate data from databases, APIs, and streaming sources, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. Data Transformation and ETL:
Develop ETL processes for data transformation, optimizing for efficiency. Data Quality and Governance:
Implement checks and governance to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor pipelines for performance, implementing improvements as needed. Collaboration and Communication:
Work with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions. Documentation and Best Practices:
Document processes and promote best practices in data engineering. Additional Details:
