Summary
Provide strategic leadership to the accounting department, manage complex engagements, mentor managers, and develop client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and fixed assets for multiple clients. Oversee month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; train and mentor client accounting and bookkeeping staff. Evaluate and improve current financial processes for greater efficiency and compliance. Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, management reports, and performance metrics to clients and stakeholders. Provide ongoing financial analysis, cash flow forecasts, and budgeting support to aid business decision-making. Simplify and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively. Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.
