Join the Operations Accounts Payable department as an Accounts Payable Operations Analyst , where you'll play a key role in reconciling payments, supporting vendor interactions, and handling accounting-related tasks that ensure financial integrity within internal systems. Join the Operations Accounts Payable department as an Accounts Payable Operations Analyst , where you'll play a key role in reconciling payments, supporting vendor interactions, and handling accounting-related tasks that ensure financial integrity within internal systems. This is a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and ensure AP vendor payments are accurately applied in internal systems
- Perform reconciliation of accrual accounts and AP-related balances
- Investigate and support misc. client chargebacks
- Execute data entry tasks and basic reconciliation for good faith and suspense accounts
- Collaborate with the operations team and adapt quickly to internal accounting tools
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Operational Accounting , or Bookkeeping
- Hands-on experience handling vendor payments
- Strong data entry and account reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Outlook , and internal financial tools
- Quick learner with the ability to master proprietary systems
