Responsibilities

  Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the ServiceNow platform.

  n
n
• n

  Will focus on ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM).

  n
n
• n

  Create overall management strategy and oversee implementation.

  n
n
• n

  Will assure the over all look and feel of a site and create a management strategy for keeping content fresh and up to date.

  n
n

Qualifications

n
• n

  Must have extensive experience with the use of multiple different tools to determine best approach for site and page creation, operations, management, and maintenance.

  n
n
• n

  Should have up to date knowledge on all current software tools available.

  n
n
• n

  Should have extensive experience in working with customer requirements and creating SharePoint Online sites.

  n
n
• n

  Expert in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent), Office 365 integration.

  n
n
• n

  Business Process Automation (Intermediate)- Basic workflow skills- Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice).

  n
n
• n

  Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online).

  n
n
• n

  Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to design the automation process.

  n
n
• n

  Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based).

  n
n
• n

  Basic coding skills (any languages).

  n
n
• n

  Testing skills to test automated processes.

  n
n

Education:

n
• n

  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience.

  n
n
• n

  Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

  n
n

Clearance:

n
• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
n

Pay Range:

n
• n

  The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $65,500.

  n
n
• n

  The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
