Senior Associate
to join our Strategy practice. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the KPMG team and clients to understand current rewards programs and help design and implement future programs aligned with business performance and talent objectives. Provide broad and executive compensation consulting services, including benchmarking, financial analysis, pay-for-performance alignment, plan design, technical guidance, and implementation. Participate in transaction-related rewards components, including management proceeds estimation, equity term sheet development, role benchmarking, and compensation alignment in transactions. Analyze target company data to identify financial exposures related to compensation plans during due diligence. Assist in creating and coordinating client-ready deliverables and support practice and business development initiatives. Work with KPMG’s integration and separation teams on HR integration projects, focusing on compensation and benefits platforms. Qualifications:
At least three years of external compensation consulting experience, including data analysis, report writing, and program design, preferably with a top accounting or HR consulting firm. In-house experience is a plus. Ability to analyze data to identify trends and communicate findings effectively. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and progress toward industry certifications like CCP/CECP or CEP. Experience in M&A due diligence and HR integrations is advantageous. Willingness to travel as needed. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Salary ranges vary by location; for example, in California, the range is $85,000 - $206,800. Further details can be found on our
