The firm routinely counsels and defends clients, including Fortune 500 companies, corporations, and individuals in complex litigation matters including, but not limited to: asbestos, class action, construction, employment, environmental, food and beverage, insurance coverage and bad faith, life sciences, product liability, professional liability, technology and cyber risk, transportation, and warranty.

Job Duties
Work fully remote!
Our Florida offices are in Tampa and Fort Lauderdale. You can work fully remote or work in these offices on a hybrid schedule, whichever you prefer.
The position will have a focus on third-party insurance coverage and bad faith matters on behalf of our Insurance clients.
Handle bad faith matters· Draft coverage opinions· Reservation of rights letters· Represent insurers in coverage litigation
