Summary This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO), Human Capital Management Division (HCMD), Employee Programs Branch (EPB). The selectee is responsible for coordinating the AOC’s Onboarding/Offboarding and Student Loan Repayment Programs and performs a mixture of administrative and support functions across various programs and processes. Duties This position involves coordinating onboarding/offboarding and student loan repayment programs, along with administrative support across various human capital initiatives. Requirements You must meet the OPM qualification requirements, including specialized experience and/or education, by the closing date of the job announcement. Candidates for GS-13 must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-12 level demonstrating skills in office automation, administrative functions, and program evaluation and development. The mission of the AOC is to serve Congress and the Supreme Court, maintain and preserve Capitol Hill's buildings and grounds, and provide educational experiences for visitors.
