Senior Controls Engineer, C, C++, C#, PLC, HMI - Dallas, TX A mid-size client firm, a leader in its industry, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to work in factory automation, robotics, and device control. You will work on developing new software as well as maintaining legacy systems. Why should you apply here? Senior-level responsibilities for designing and developing software Building new software for device control Developing software for low-level device drivers to application-level systems Using C, C++, and C# depending on the project Engaging in new development, customization, and iterative processes Potential work on Siemens or Allen Bradley PLCs Collaborating with various cross-functional technical teams Working directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve critical automation system issues Ensuring timely response and resolution to customer problems Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Mechanical, Mathematics, or related fields Senior-level software development experience Experience with at least two of the following: C, C++, C# Experience programming software to control devices Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferred qualifications: Experience in factory automation or control systems Experience with PLCs such as Siemens and Allen Bradley Device driver development experience Self-starter attitude, able to work independently, deliver results, and exercise good judgment Location:
