If so, we are looking for a Senior Managing Consultant (m/f/d) who enjoys the following activities: Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative IT strategies to transform business and IT processes, advising clients on trends like AI to identify optimization opportunities. Take on temporary management roles in IT, leveraging your expertise to support teams during challenging periods. Manage complex consulting projects from conception to implementation, including resource planning, budget management, and time efficiency. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, proactively identifying new business opportunities. Conduct market analyses, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Prepare presentations and workshops, conduct training, and communicate best practices and optimization potentials to meet client goals. Requirements
Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in IT organization and technical consulting. Strong analytical skills with experience in process and data analysis. Certifications in COBIT, TOGAF, SAFe, Lean, or ITIL are a plus but not mandatory. Leadership experience and talent development skills. Confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills in German. Willingness to travel as per project requirements. What We Offer
