Qualifications
Required Experience: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology Management, IT, or related field 10+ years relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in software development, testing, and integration within DoD or national security environments Proven leadership in technical project management, systems engineering, and stakeholder collaboration Reports to designated work location in Boulder, CO, full-time as needed by the customer SPA offers a competitive total compensation package including base pay, variable incentives, and benefits such as health insurance, savings accounts, retirement plans, and paid time off. Salary range: 130k-165k.
Responsibilities
SPA seeks a highly qualified Chief Systems Engineer to lead technology development in remote sensing, supporting the OPIR mission. Oversee systems engineering efforts for OPIR TAP Lab and BGIF Define, prioritize, and implement technical requirements with innovative solutions Conduct trade studies for technology investments Maintain an Integration Roadmap for BGIF tenants to optimize activities and costs Explore emerging technologies and recommend strategic actions
