Thanks, Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is seeking a Principal Cyber and Network Architect with a Secret Security Clearance for a role at Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB) in Bedford, MA. This elevated position acts as a key role with a wide range of responsibilities within a DoD setting. Responsibilities Include: Identifying opportunities to improve enterprise-level systems to support business processes and utilize emerging technologies. Developing reference models of the enterprise and maintaining the information in the IT repository. Determining the gaps between the current and the target architecture and recommending plans for transitioning to target architecture. Recommending the policies and principles to guide technology decisions for the enterprise architecture. Coordinating and conducting governance and portfolio management activities associated with ensuring compliance with the enterprise architecture; and/or ensuring the rigorous application of information security/cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices to all components of the enterprise architecture. Work with the Identity, credentials, and access management (ICAM) team to ensure cross division and cloud usability, both in the connected and disconnected state. Work to plan out and execute an executable DAF Zero Trust plan and roadmap. Work to put the division on the path of modernization specifically with regard to the divisions Digital Engineering using SysML. Will perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Technical Experience Required: Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance Education: BS/BA in relevant field, advanced degree (MS/MA) desired. 10+ years of proven network architecture experience. At least 5 years of experience working in the DoD or DoD-related areas.
