This role requires building a deep understanding of financial planning and analytics, focusing on process excellence, reporting, and insights. Amazon's WW Ops IPAT FP&A team seeks a Finance Manager to join our growing financial planning team dedicated to delivering insights and decision support to senior leaders. This highly visible role supports multiple business and finance leaders across major markets worldwide. The ideal candidate will have process improvement experience, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to connect financial and technical system requirements in a dynamic environment. As part of WW Ops IPAT FP&A, you will provide a holistic financial perspective, acting as a trusted business advisor, ensuring leaders have the most current and reliable information to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans to enhance processes, tools, and analytics, including project ownership from ideation to expansion. Be the expert in all financial planning tools used for reporting to corporate and business partners. Identify risks, evaluate impacts, propose and implement improvements to address gaps. Create transparent reports on key financial metrics for Operations Finance leadership. Partner with regional FP&A teams to deliver annual budgets, 3-year forecasts, and quarterly guidance. Understand cost structures deeply to make informed judgments in ambiguous situations. Use operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities by linking operations and financial data. Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or related analytical fields. 5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles. Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or equivalent quantitative experience. Experience in process automation and analysis. Proven track record in delivering results for large, cross-functional projects. Experience in continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes. Preferred Qualifications

6+ years in data accuracy, root cause analysis, and escalation planning. 6+ years solving complex business challenges with financial models and analysis impacting savings, operations, or customer benefits. MBA or CPA preferred. Experience applying KPIs to analysis and building financial models for forecasting and problem solving. Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
