Design, implement, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for bidding, pacing, and KPI prediction. Analyze large-scale data using Spark (Scala/PySpark), SQL, and Python. Navigate and improve existing legacy systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and solve problems. Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications
Masters/Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering. 5+ years in data science or machine learning, preferably in real-time, high-scale environments. Proficient in machine learning techniques, especially tree-based models like XGBoost. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. Experience with Scala/Apache Spark and Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow. Excellent communication skills. Additional Information
This role is based in New York City with a hybrid work schedule. Salary range is $160,000 - $210,000 annually, plus benefits. We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds and do not require perfect matches to the job description.
