Lead the design, development, architecture, and implementation of technology solutions to support complex business requirements. Lead the activities associated with analysis, design, build, test, triaging defects, configuration, and deployment. Lead technology solution program estimating, planning, and budgeting efforts. Ability to support Enterprise Program Management activities utilizing various methodologies such as but not limited to Waterfall and Agile methods. Assist in the successful completion of the project per the budget, scope, quality, and attainment of the business objectives. Supervise the overall project status and progress and ensure all scheduled milestones and delivery dates are met. Responsible for overall project quality of deliverables. Support department management in the evaluation of team performance and development of training programs. Validate that the solution and architecture designs utilize the integration architecture components appropriately. Manage functional and technical aspects of proposed solutions from inception through delivery. Lead quality checks to support a successful solution deployment. Evaluate delivery process, technical solutions and training procedures and make improvements to facilitate the best possible customer experience. Build effective relationships with existing clients, customers, and contractors and develop new business opportunities. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction goals and expectations are met. Participate in sales and marketing efforts and identify critical pursuits. Participate in the development of proposals and qualification statements to achieve stated targets and standards for financial performance. Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to the department by mentoring less experienced staff. Responsible for effective communication with other disciplines. Responsible for QA/QC process adherence. Responsible for compliance with company and site safety policies. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field from an accredited program and 7 years of relevant experience. Applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement. Architecture and integration skills, including areas such as data architecture, cloud architecture, middleware, communications, or other architectural methods and practices. Understanding of current and emerging associated technologies to manage and deliver quality enterprise solutions in both Information Technology (IT) and Operations Technology (OT) domains. Experience with a variety of project execution methodologies. Experience with leading-edge application(s), operations technology and solutions utilizing various industry standard tools. Experience developing executive-level technology assessments, roadmap strategies focusing on enterprise and/or operation technologies. Preferred experience with electric utility clients implementing and integrating operational systems such as OMS, ADMS, AMI, DERMS, IEC-61850, SCADA, Fiber or FAN networks. Strong ability to influence or lead project execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
