Are you an innovator in youth development who's as excited about data as you are about impact? Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Programming & Outcomes to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of programming across all Clubs.
In this role, you'll manage a cross-functional team, support grant-aligned programming, and ensure all core areas-Academic Success, Career Readiness, Healthy Lifestyles, and more-are delivered at the highest standard. You'll also guide quality assessment, fidelity to trauma-informed practices, and ensure youth outcomes are centered, measured, and continuously improved.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Public Health or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Eight years of experience in youth development, education, public health, or nonprofit program management
*Relevant coursework or experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate in this position should possess:
•Direct experience managing teams and youth-focused programming portfolios. •Experience with curriculum development, program evaluation, and continuous improvement.
•Demonstrated ability to build and manage partnerships. •Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills with teens. •Ability to operate and lead cross-functionally with every internal team, Boys & Girls Clubs of Colorado and Boys & Girls Clubs of America. •Strong leadership skills and the ability to recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff, including leading without authority. •Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities. •Ability to meet deadlines with time constraints. •Excellent organizational skills. •Demonstrated ability to provide accountability for the safety, well-being, and work output of others. •Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. •Computer and technology proficiency, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, Canva, and online research. •Experience in developing and managing grants and partnerships for projects and activities. •Excellent written and oral communication skills to complete reports, properly document programs, and utilize organizational data.
Conditions of Employment
The position requires passing criminal and driving records investigations, and reference checks.
The position must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to be insured under the company's insurance policy.
The position will primarily work indoors. Accordingly, the ability to use a variety of equipment including janitorial and office equipment is required.
Some job duties require the ability to stand for extended periods, kneel, reach, bend, and lift objects weighing in excess of 25 lbs. Outdoor work and moderate physically demanding activities may be required on occasion.
Strong English proficiency is required for this position to ensure effective communication with staff, club members, and families, as well as to follow safety and procedural guidelines accurately.
