$50.00/hr - $65.00/hr Job Description Location: Fully Remote (USA) Start Date: July 23, 2025 End Date: May 1, 2026 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week About the Role: We’re seeking a skilled Partner Enablement Program Specialist to cover for a team member on maternity leave. In this role, you’ll help scale partner knowledge and engagement by delivering impactful enablement materials aligned with our go-to-market strategy. This is a fully remote contract position, ideal for someone with strong content creation, webinar coordination, and learning design experience. Key Responsibilities Own and operate the Partner Enablement Webinar program (“Partner Beats”)—manage scheduling, speaker prep, production, and post-event publishing. Maintain and update partner learning content across platforms like Allego, SharePoint, and our LMS. Collaborate on content creation for eCourses and instructor-led training (ILT); contribute to instructional design and formatting. Design and produce partner-facing learning assets (slides, guides, thumbnails, etc.) using company templates. Lead internal and external academy communications (newsletters, updates, promotions). Manage partner enablement assets and systems (e.g., Allego, Docebo, Rise, SharePoint). Support global partner program execution—catalog upkeep, content updates, portal publishing. Drive microlearning initiatives (short videos, tips, job aids) with subject matter experts. Serve as the lead learning consultant, supporting partner enablement efforts across regions including EMEA. 5+ years in partner enablement, field enablement, or channel training. Candidates should have good experience with asset creation for multimedia. Graphic design, PPT design, Instructional design, Rise and Camtasia experience. Experience working with or supporting channel-led organizations. Proficiency with Rise, PowerPoint, Docebo, and CMS tools (Allego preferred). Strong skills in learning design, especially for adult technical learners. Experience supporting or producing live webinars and technical sessions. Graphic design skills and experience creating multimedia learning assets. Strong communication and collaboration skills across global time zones. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with solid program management capabilities. Nice to Have: Familiarity with our domain (AI, cybersecurity, data management). Experience using Camtasia for video creation. Compensation: $50-65/hr (W2/Non Exempt) Seniority level
