Senior Aviation Engineer/Project Manager

In this role, you will: Prepare technical papers and presentations for national or regional aviation industry conferences. Become a regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in aviation design criteria and serve as a technical resource for HDR offices. Develop scopes of work, effort estimates, schedules, and workload projections for aviation projects. Mentor junior staff and identify talent within the aviation field. Lead project document production and develop technical methodologies and tools to enhance design efficiency. Support marketing efforts, including proposal writing and technical write-ups of projects. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license. Minimum 10 years of experience in Airfield Planning and Design. Strong understanding of airfield design and related technical skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
