Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Harper Harrison Manager - Civil Engineering | Land Development & Wastewater in North East America An industry-leading firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join its dynamic team. This role involves leading design and permitting efforts for various wastewater distribution systems, treatment facilities, pump stations, and wastewater master plans. The selected individual will collaborate with top professionals in driving the growth of a multi-disciplinary practice. Key Responsibilities: Design and permitting of wastewater components for residential, institutional, and commercial projects. Develop growth plans and support staff utilization in coordination with office leadership. Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering teams. Drive business development activities, securing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Integrate multi-disciplinary services such as geotechnical and environmental engineering into land development projects. Prepare technical reports, proposals, and permitting documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required. Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license. 10+ years of civil engineering experience with expertise in wastewater distribution systems, pump station design, and treatment plant projects. Strong client development and management skills. Proficiency in wastewater design, hydraulic analysis, and permitting. Experience in technical writing and proposal development. Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D. Active participation in professional organizations. Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and multitasking skills.
