Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and support complex on-premise and cloud-based software, systems, and information solutions. Perform analysis, design, and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems ensuring high availability and performance. Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code supporting diverse IT solutions. Collaborate with IT specialists to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving business needs. Conduct discovery and analysis to understand business problems and independently execute assignments. Evaluate options and recommend buy vs. build solutions to management. Address development and production issues, communicating effectively with the project team and stakeholders. Stay updated on technology trends and IT best practices, applying continuous learning. Mentor and assist less experienced team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher; or 7+ years of related experience without a degree. At least 5 years of experience in a related field. Understanding of the Facets data model, with deep experience in Facets custom code and extensions. Hands-on troubleshooting and debugging skills for Facets and related custom code. Preferred Skills Experience supporting enrollment processing (834, SMA, DSNP) in Facets. Familiarity with SQL Server (full stack) and .NET development.
