Senior Financial Systems Analyst
Location: Chicago (Hybrid) Overview: The Senior Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for transforming financial data into actionable insights by developing dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. This role supports strategic planning and operational improvements across the organization by analyzing trends, building data models, and collaborating with Finance, IT, and clinical departments. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and align reporting standards. Build data models and pipelines using SQL and other tools. Lead or support initiatives involving financial and data analysis. Train users and promote data literacy through self-service BI tools. Translate complex data into meaningful visualizations and insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Data Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data analytics or BI, preferably in healthcare. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced Excel and proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). Experience with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner). SQL knowledge preferred. Work Environment: Hybrid, office-based Jim Halpin Sr. Unit Manager
