Lead and or Manager of Treasury - This is a fulltime role located in Houston, TX-Y OU MUST HAVE UPSTREAM OIL & GAS to be considered. • This role will lead the treasury function and report to the VP-Finance and Strategic Planning • Responsible for all aspects of cash management, banking services and operating cash forecasting, including interface with companies longer-term cash flow projections. • Manage property and casualty insurance program. • Reserve-based credit facility administration and compliance reporting. • Transaction administration and reporting for hedging program (commodities and interest rates). • Serves as a key advisor to the President & CFO, VP-Finance & Planning, VP-CAO, General Counsel and other company personnel on all aspects of Treasury and risk management matters. • Assist CFO and VP-Finance & Planning in maintaining banking relationships with participants in the companies debt facilities, preparing presentations for semi-annual bank meetings, and reviewing and negotiating corporate credit agreements. • Provide leadership for Treasury related process and system improvements. Requirements of duties: • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in treasury and corporate finance. Insurance and risk management experience is a plus. • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally overseeing treasury functions • Strong leadership and team development skills • Experience in treasury for an upstream oil & gas, or minerals company o Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management o Developing banking relationships with current and prospective credit facility participants o Administration of reserve-backed credit facility o Credit analysis and counterparty risk management • Proven ability to interface with executive leadership and provide strategic advice • Experience in policy development, internal controls, and audit processes • Excellent project management and process improvement capabilities Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (required) • MBA or Master’s in Finance (strongly) • Professional certifications are highly valued (e.g., CTP, CPA, CFA) not required Seniority level
