We are seeking a seasoned

Front-End UI Developer

with strong Angular and J2EE experience to join a high-impact team supporting a wide array of web-based enterprise applications in the social services domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in responsive UI development, accessibility compliance, and Agile software delivery practices. Youll be responsible for application development, enhancements, and maintenance of multiple enterprise-level platforms. This role includes participating in all phases of the SDLCfrom requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain front-end components for enterprise-class web applications using Angular and related technologies. Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of responsive Single Page Applications (SPAs). Implement UI features for authentication, caching strategies, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, including defect resolution and performance tuning. Collaborate cross-functionally with back-end developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery. Create and maintain technical and design documentation. Support testing and implementation efforts in both development and production environments. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in Front-End/UI development on J2EE platforms. Proven ability to design and build responsive, accessible (ADA-compliant) web interfaces. Solid knowledge of web security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture. Hands-on experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) using frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, Selenium. Experience working across the full SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Spring Boot and IBM WebSphere Application Server. Experience with CI/CD methodologies and cloud-based application development.
