Senior Fullstack Software Engineer
Clearstory is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with strong Golang experience to help guide best practices and elevate engineering standards across the team. This role includes hands-on development, as well as coaching peers on how to write clean, maintainable, and scalable Golang code. You'll contribute to product development across the stack and play a key role in improving backend design, performance, and reliability. You will: Build fullstack product features with React (TypeScript and Node.js) and Golang Introduce and reinforce backend best practices across the engineering team Review and mentor on code structure, testing, and design patterns Collaborate with product and design to develop scalable, user-focused features Write maintainable, well-tested code and uphold quality standards About You We're looking for someone who: Has deep experience with Golang in production systems Takes ownership of their work and leads by example Enjoys mentoring others and fostering strong engineering practices Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Communicates clearly across engineering and product teams Embodies our values: Be Curious, Customer Obsession, Keep It Simple About Clearstory Clearstory is a first-of-its-kind, category-defining SaaS company revolutionizing how commercial construction teams manage and communicate change orders.
