Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Ascendion We are an Award Winning Law Firm, looking to bring on an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our growing team. The role is REMOTE, full-time position. We need someone with 4+ years of insurance coverage experience. We are looking to hire ASAP. Requirements: 4+ years of insurance coverage experience Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.) Experience in either or both third-party or first-party claims Coverage analysis and writing experience Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required Admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on insurance coverage matters and policy interpretation Represent clients in litigation Analyze complex insurance policies and determine coverage obligations Defend clients against bad faith claims Participate in class action lawsuits involving insurance issues Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant case law and statutes Collaborate with insurance adjusters and claims professionals to resolve disputes effectively Seniority level
