Base pay range
$190,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Salary is 190k to 225k We are seeking a hands-on Senior IT Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and ERP systems, specifically Infor XA. This role requires full-time onsite presence and involves managing a small team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT leadership, ERP management, application development oversight, and supporting technology needs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, and ERP platform (Infor XA) Lead and support the application development function, ensuring alignment with business needs Manage, mentor, and develop a team of IT staff Drive ERP system performance, including updates, troubleshooting, and integrations Ensure security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols are in place and up to date Maintain relationships with vendors and manage IT procurement Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation Identify and implement technologies that improve efficiency and support company growth Required Qualifications: Strong background in manufacturing environments and ERP systems, with specific experience in Infor XA Proven experience managing application development teams or functions Knowledge of network infrastructure, desktop support, cybersecurity, and system administration Excellent project management, troubleshooting, and communication skills Willingness and ability to be onsite 5 days a week Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Experience leading ERP migration or implementation projects Familiarity with legacy systems and modernizing IT infrastructure Seniority level
