Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with a strong background in IT project management and ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will lead multi-task projects with clearly defined objectives, budgets, and performance goals, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. This role involves leading high-impact ServiceNow projects, managing project teams, and using standard project tools to navigate risks and issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Exercise independent judgment in project execution and lead projects with budgets ranging from $100,000 - $5,000,000. Gather, define, and document precise project requirements. Provide comprehensive project status updates and maintain a transparent communication channel with all stakeholders. Plan and manage project tasks and schedules to ensure timely project completion. Proactively address project risks and issues, ensuring the project remains within defined constraints.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven expertise in ServiceNow implementations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced understanding of PMO standards and project management principles.
Industry Experience:
Experience working within IT domains, specifically in implementing and upgrading IT and collaboration tools. Experience in a PMO environment managing medium to complex IT projects is necessary.
Do note: This role has geographical limitations and requires the applicant to be a local resident due to organizational tax and operating structure. Candidates will be expected to work onsite for a minimum of three days a week.
