Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Engineer - 25-00226

Join a growing engineering team supporting next-generation power plant systems. Oxford Solutions is working with a client looking for an I&C Engineer to assist in the design and analysis of safety-related and non-safety-related instrumentation and control (I&C) systems for pressurized light water reactors.
In this role, you will:
- Support design and analysis of I&C systems under the guidance of a senior engineer
- Collaborate with mechanical, nuclear, and electrical engineering teams to integrate I&C systems
- Contribute to the development of drawings, specifications, and system documentation
- Help ensure designs meet regulatory and safety standards for power generation systems
- BS in Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited college or university
- 0-5 years of experience in I&C system design for power generation (nuclear, fossil, etc.)
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to power systems and controls
- Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 regulations
