We’re looking for a Java Developer to:
design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues share knowledge and expertise with colleagues , help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities work independently, good communication skills, and have experience in working on large complex development projects apply skills and knowledge of the tools to develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the WMA Data Analytics & Foundation Platforms team in Weehawken focusing on Wealth Planning.
Your expertise
Bachelor of Science degree ideally 10 years of experience in a similar position as Full Stack Java Development Lead interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing fluent in English Strong exposure on Core Java, Spring, Spring boot, REST APIs and Microservices experience with enterprise integration and messaging related technologies such as JMS, MQ and/or Kafka exposure on Cloud integration and Container services understanding of relational (Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL DBs (Mongo or Cassandra) exposure to OOP based UI Frameworks – AngularJS/ReactJS
