Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications. Build and manage compliance reporting systems, with a focus on FINRA CAT, using SQL and Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Implement technical solutions based on project specifications. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards. Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance. Write unit tests and integration tests to validate functionality. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Document development processes, code changes, and application features. Leverage continuous integration practices to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve software quality. Assist in the deployment of applications and monitor performance post-launch.
Required Skills, Experience And Qualifications
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security or a related field, followed by 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered, or in a software engineer/ developer related occupation.
Salary Range
The estimated salary range is $149,000 - $155,000. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
