Labor & Employment Department
in
Washington, DC , with a focus on
labor relations matters . The ideal candidate will have: 6+ years of experience
representing management in labor relations and union matters Deep knowledge of the
National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) Experience with
collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges , and
union organizing campaigns Experience with high-stakes
OSHA matters
