The Warehouse Specialist 3 is responsible for overseeing product movement, receiving, issuance, and kitting within the warehouse. This role involves leadership, inventory management, and ensuring safety and efficiency in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities
Prioritize, assign, and delegate tasks to warehouse staff. Operate and train others on material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Ensure products are packaged per ATA 300 specifications. Generate work orders and oversee warehouse activities using ERP systems. Manage inventory, including receiving packages, verifying quantities and quality, and maintaining documentation. Order and replenish supplies, oversee waste removal, and manage shelf life materials. Troubleshoot and repair warehouse equipment. Manage part shortages and exceptions, and improve warehouse layout for efficiency. Perform part capture activities, resolve inventory discrepancies, and maintain safety standards. Qualifications
At least 18 years old with a High School diploma or GED. 3-5 years of warehouse experience. Proficient in Excel and Word; basic computer skills. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, troubleshoot equipment, and perform basic math. Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Working Conditions
Primarily warehouse environment with physical requirements including lifting and safety awareness. Additional Information
