Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Location: London A high-growth global fintech is seeking a senior leader to lead its Repo business line. This role combines strategic and commercial leadership — with a strong focus on product ownership, technical sales, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of the repo and fixed income product line, including full P&L responsibility. Define and prioritise roadmap investments, working closely with product development, tech, and senior leadership. Act as the technical sales lead — delivering demos, supporting client engagement, and helping close deals. Work with the sales team to shape the value proposition, refine go-to-market strategy, and drive client adoption. Build strong relationships with clients and market participants to support growth and inform product direction. Represent the business in industry forums and stay on top of regulatory and market changes. Report on business line performance using a data-driven approach, providing regular updates to senior management. Identify new commercial opportunities and support strategic decision-making across the product suite. Potential to lead and grow a small team within the business line. Ideal Candidate: Deep expertise in repo markets and a background in trading, operations, or product leadership. Proven experience owning a product or business line within financial services or fintech. Strong technical sales and business development skills with a commercial mindset. Well-versed in the regulatory environment and emerging tech (e.g. data, AI). Excellent communicator with a hands-on approach and strong influencing skills.
