Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager, Private Wealth Solutions to oversee Investor Relations, Fintech Platforms, Custodial Platforms and Home Office Platform Coordination. This role will drive engagement with platform sponsors, while managing fintech platforms, client onboarding and subscription processes, as well as strategic marketing initiatives. Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Investor Relations & Home Office Platform Coordination Liaise with key platform sponsors across channels Serve as the key liaison between investors, internal teams, and home office counterparts Support fundraising efforts through due diligence coordination, reporting, and selling agreement negotiations Fintech & Platform Management Manage fintech platforms, and Consultants including user adoption, lead generation, portal maintenance, and budgeting Streamline client onboarding and subscription/redemption processing across fintech platforms, custodians, and other service providers Oversee and optimize CNSREIT.com to ensure up-to-date investor information and accessibility across all Fintech and Web presence Marketing & Strategy Execution Maintain the go-to-market strategy, focusing on data/client segmentation (Wallet Share, RIA database) Collaborate with marketing, product information, and RFP teams to refine messaging and materials Monitor industry trends and investor behavior to enhance engagement strategies Regulatory, Tax, & Compliance Oversight Work with tax & accounting teams on dividend coverage, capital commitments, financial reporting, and selling agreements Partner with Legal & Compliance on state regulations, share classes, fees, waivers, and acquisitions Event & Resource Management Oversee the annual conference and webcast schedule, budget, and resource allocation for maximum impact
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years in investor relations, fintech platform management, or private wealth solutions Ability to effectively interface with senior leaders and all internal and external stakeholders required Strong understanding of alternative investments, wealth management, and fintech ecosystems preferred Proven experience managing subscription processing, client segmentation, and investor communications a strong plus Excellent relationship management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills Demonstrates inclusive behaviors in support of a culture that values diverse perspectives
